Back in 2016 when BTS didn't had any daesangs, they made fun of BTS for that and basically acted like not having Daesang was end of the world, now that BTS have highest number of it (42) they act like Daesang are useless.

But BTS is the most deserving one to win the award they're nominated for. So stop complaining. And those awards ain't for charity. If you want your faves to win, vote and focus on them. Mhm. We should also stop fanwars too. Everyone has time to shine. Heck back then when Kpop Fan WWE didn't occur that much, the idols still had time to bond and meet with other idol friends on cam (there's also groups of birth year liners with different groups inside too, like with Jin and Moonbyul from Mamamoo I think on the 92 liner's group + a few others)

Armyy was the first and last word they always include at their acceptance speech.

It's amazing how in just 4 years they got 42 daesangs update: 71 daesangs

Back in 2016, they got their first ever daesang after 3 years and became first idols from small company to ever win a grand prize! Then in 2017 they became first idol group to win Artist of the Year 2 years consecutively. In 2019, the only artists to ever sweep all well deserved daesangs in MAMA and MMA. In 4 years, they received 42 daesangs, most in South Korean history. I wonder how pressed and angry must be those haters now because in 2016, everyone used to make fun of BTS for not having daesang. Now watch those same people say 'daesangs are irrelevant' lmao y'all embarrassing.

Those people that are saying that daesangs or award doesn't matter. EXCUSE ME? AWARDS are the definition of talent, hardwork and passion for the industry they are in which is music. There are lots pf group and solos out there and to be nominated is already an achievement. Every group has to be almost perfect with superb talent, strong passion, big dreams, dedication, stage presence, valued purposed and especially HARDWORK. They have to work their ass out really hard with almost no vacation and rest just for their music to be known and their stories to be told. That's what BTS did💜💜The best boygroup the world ever have 💜💜

Ikr! I went to the voting website of MAMA and people there were saying that BTS always win only because the award show people want to get more publicity. They said that new people need their recognition. I can't understand why they can't appreciate the hardwork that BTS has kept in all their works. And where were they when BTS didn't win anything??? They’re bringing positivity, hope, and inspiration to the world through their music but people can’t appreciate them for that. BTS won their first dasaeng in 2016 when there were other fandoms that were bigger. Mama didn’t have to give it to BTS back then but they gave it because BTS obviously deserved it. And as for the new artists, there’s the new artist category for a reason. When other artists start selling more albums than BTS then they will deserve the dasaeng but right now BTS deserves it. But this year BTS has gotten so much hate I think it will be difficult for them to win all the dasaengs again.
