9days? It suppose to declined or approved within 24hours. Check your notification; try cancelling, then start afresh. Ensure your environment is well illuminated and avoid excess reflection

hi, I got to the verify face part. tried 3 times and didn't work. I tried again and now the option to verify face is not showing again. I've tried again but not working. they're saying my device doesn't support it. but now that I've scanned my passport already, can I use the same passport on a different device and different phone number? plus help
