Hi, in general the Alientech tools offer good cloning coverage, but for the Keihin ECU's only this one is listed _ y37820-r1a-xxbe You may also like to know the K-Tag has now been replaced with the Kess3, you can see more on teh Alientech Kess3 here: viezu.com/alientech-kess3/

I'm assuming that if one's car is eligible for Ksuite's "bench" tuning that opening the ECU is not necessary, correct? One would just have to find the correct exterior pins?

Yes and the instructions provided are excellent, so fining and connecting to the pins is nice and easy

Does this have to be done on a bench or can I do it via OBD2 port? I normally use HPTuners but have been branching out and would like to touch things that I am unable to in HPT (DPF, EGR, cats etc.)

There are some cars that have to be tuned in this way, but most can be tuned through the OBD port too, the tool for that is the kess3 - you can see more here: viezu.com/alientech-kess3/

Dont think it will happen, its got a lot of Anti clone software and technology, you can clone the hardware, but it will not run the software - you can see more on the kess3 here: viezu.com/alientech-kess3/ here to help with any questions

Bench tuning is very common now, connecting only to the ECU external pins, you can see much more on that here on this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/p5-ou9xtfLXalJc.html

How you can adjust by ifs your self? This is not informative video.. I am ah user I should adjust the fuel and ignation timing and etc. How can I do that?

As the video describes, this is how to connect to the tricore ECU, this is not how to write or change the software, just how to connect to the ecu and read the original software from it.
