It's a actually not a new thing, people like that existed before, Christians called it "speaking in tongues", and it was considered either demonic possession or angels speaking through you. I think I've read something about scientists analyzing people like that and finding some cool things about how they subconsciously base the flow and cadence of their gibberish on the languages they know

This video was on my playlist once and I fell asleep while it played. This video became like background music for the dream I was having at the time.

That reiki-looking bit is honestly wicked relaxing. I went to some mystics w my aunts last time I was in Tijuana, BIG ‘folk Catholicism vibes,’ very cozy. it was v similar to this vid but they had different crystals around me too for the different ~chakras~ and there was no gibberish. I can see why this confuses a lot of people, so I wanna share my two cents :) I used to be an outsider to this community, but now that I am in it, I will try to explain it as well as a I can. "Light Language" is a meditation practice that people who identiy as starseeds use. Starseeds are people that believe that they have past incarnations on other planets instead of just on earth, like how in Hinduism you can be reincarnated as a human, insect, cow, etc. Starseeds believe that they are meant to help protect the earth through planting trees, taking care of animals, etc. Being a starseed is a new age religion, if that makes any sense. So instead of prayer, we meditate and/or use light language. I have only used light language once because it does feel awkward to know people might hear you. I have heard light language described as "meaningful gibberish", and that is pretty much what it is. There isn't direct translations; it is just letting yourself go and letting sounds leave your mouth. It feels pretty good! There is also visual light language which is symbols that people write just in the flow of meditation. So, TLDR, light language is an external release of the flow of meditation. To some people, it has a translation, but to others it doesn't. Would love to talk to people, so feel free to ask questions :) I love my people but I also have a lot of doubt, so I understand questioning. I even question these two young women because of how "perfect" the house looks and how "perfect" all the crystals are. I am also a film student, so I can tell a lot of this seems staged.

To be fair, if reincarnation is true then you would expect people to be reborn on other places than on Earth. You never hear that from people who beleive in reincarnation otherwise. But you also don't hear from them that they should be reborn as bacteria 99.9999% of the time, by their cheer quantity. It's always an animal they heard of (usually considered cool or cute) or an ancient aristocrate.

@@peronkop I totally agree! Rich human beings only make up about 1% of our population, so being reincarnated as a rich person is close to impossible. There are also WAY more animals on earth alone than humans, so most people should have been an animal/bacterium in their past lives.

A girl I went to highschool with started her own cult similar to this, it's amazing how they all just blend together and look the same, especially for a group of people who say they're individuals 😆😆. When I was a little kid, I really, really wanted to learn other languages. I had no means to do so, however, so I would follow my parents around and string a bunch of random sounds together and then ask if they were words in other languages. It sounded exactly like the babbling at the end. (I now speak three languages btw, so I made good on that childhood ambition).

(btw - interestingly enough if I remember correctly simlish is a somewhat decent and defined language that get created from mix of real world languages and, ofcourse, some madeup shit. But it still has some structure in it and, again, it consistant in case that, in example "sun sun" is, if I remember correctly, used like a greeting (or maybe farewell), so, well, it actualy used in game in correct time. So it has atleast some structure behind it and, if developed correctly, could be used as actualy language)

I think it’s so egotistical to think that aliens would talk like us. There are so many other methods to communicate. Depending on their biology they could use completely different sounds to communicate, or they could even use light, or alien sign language, idk. The odds of aliens using the same syllables that we do is VERY low.

There’s a reason humans (and many other animals) use sound instead of other methods It’s fast, not as fast as light but much faster than communicating through chemicals or touch, and across short distances it barely makes a difference It works around obstacles, unlike light, you don’t need to be in direct line of sight to communicate It has very good range, you can communicate through whispers for stealth or speak to hundreds (or even thousands) of people at the same time by shouting From a logical standpoint, unless the aliens are telepaths, they will most likely use sound. The catch is that there is a high chance it will be at frequencies we cannot hear or barely hear.

@@cara-seyun being connected to the same neural network would be sudo telepathy that would work much better than the real thing, not to mention the perfect or near perfect physical coordination you could accomplish. As well as instantly sharing thoughts or perceived stimulus with each other, I’d say this is much more likely than sound for a super advanced civilization.

It's all well and good in science fiction but in real life I imagine the chemicals that ants and bees use to do that would struggle to maintain higher thought and be void at long distance.

When I was a teenager, my parents used to take me to one of those very evangelical churches where people would start thrashing around and speaking in tongues. This is literally the same thing. They hype themselves into a trance state and then just let their mouths go crazy, and they believe it's something divine or supernatural coming through.

I’ve never seen it, but my extended family is extremely religious, and my mom mentioned before that her aunts would literally make up a language on the spot that was considered “their language to god.” I’m not sure if that’s what you’re talking about, but it’s what came to mind when reading this. I don’t mean to shame, but there’s something so eerie and creepy about it.

I’d say both of them are about a 7-8 hotness with crazy off the charts. That’s usually how it goes. Unusually attractive people or even just above average people tend to be a handful. At least that’s how it’s been in my experience. I found a wonderful woman who is middling, just like me, and she’s wonderfully fun, compassionate, we laugh at each other’s jokes, the list goes on. In my opinion, having a beautiful personality can make you more attractive than any conventionally “hot” person
