One of the best interviewers I’ve seen.

Honestly Zane Lowe’s interviews are the best because he’s an artist himself so it’s one creative soul meeting another. And he actually listens to what they’re saying he’s not interested in clickbait headlines or getting the gossip he’s interested in the process. I think because of that and he creates a judgment free space it is like therapy which is why the artists he get respond to him. Hayley Williams started crying in her interview because he created a space where they are free to be honest. Any artist out there getting interviews by Zane Lowe is a badge of honour and should be one of the accomplishments of your life.

Absolutely love his interviews, his insights, questions and the way he is in the moment with the artists he interviews to draw out all the important things worth saying in their music and life. Alicia Keys is simply stunning 👍🎼🎹. So well spoken, intelligent and honest. I only discovered Alicia Keys, here in Britain, when seeing her live on BBC TV on New Year's Eve just passed. I was simply amazed and stunned at her sensational music and warm personality. So, I started reading about Alicia Keys, and listening to her music on KZread. Truly brilliant. As a sublimely accomplished pianist, musician, songwriter and vocalist, she puts into the shade even a legendary singer and pianist such as Elton John. Brilliant. 👍🎼🇬🇧🇺🇸

Wow! beautiful the way she expresses her thought process. I think we all feel these things but don't have the vocabulary to express it... we get so caught up in pleasing others and don't even realize it. And yes, her skin is so beautiful!

4:16 when Zane hits the nail on the head by asking the perfectest question and Alicia at 4:40 is like Ooooooo. lmao. this interview is magical ive seen it a few times ive probably commented already too lol

First of all, no woman should look this beautiful, it is not fair to the rest of us. :) Secondly, the part she talks about how so many people try to tell us what we should not do or look like, really resonated with me. I was told my whole life by my family all the ways I should not be and not look like, I didn't have anyone encouraging me to find out who I really am. It's just now later in life that I feel ownership of who I am and I am finally ok with it, (most days) ;)

I really need to see her in live, hope that her concert will be not cancelled again...

At 6:04 Zane Lowe asks: "When did you lose your bravery, right, to truly say what you think and what you feel in moment and time because you were worried the repercussions outweighed the value of your opinion?" I think that's the best damn question that's ever been asked. It presupposes we suppress our truth to get ahead and, at some point, the stress of that gets to be too much. Her answer is circuitous but it finally ends up at insecurity bred of success and losing oneself in the efforts to maintain it. Great interview with one of the most thoughtful artists working today.

Ladies and gentleman what we are witnessing here is a soul expressing herself in her most authentic self. Not making excuses for her experiences but loving, honoring and appreciating her lessons in this life's essence of Beingness. Ms. Keys the flow state looks great on you. Absolutely love how you describe knowing yourself in terms of what you like and what you don't like, don't ask me to do this, don't ask me to do that . . . That statement had me clapping my hands like I was in church. Lovely interview. I love how she expresses herself, her feelings, and the love of the creator. I also love the way she presents the ideas of this is the way things are, while still painting the beauty and joy of how each of us can create and change it into something better. It's all so beautifully poetic.

Wow, belive me or not, at the beginning of watching this interview the lyrics of un-thinkable came to my mind-> "moment of honesty, someone's gotta take the lead tonight..." that was the vibe this raw, truthful, honest conversation was giving me.
