People forget that before Ali G, in the mid 90's there was Dennis Pennis, or even earlier, The Tom Green Show.

Even in these old Ali G interviews you can still see the technique sacha baron cohen uses in his "Who is America" series. Especially when he was talking to that man about using the cain to discipline children. He makes you feel like he's on your side and shares your views but in fact he's ridiculing your idea 😂🤣 Genius in my opinion.
