Love my 2017 Giulia Sport---also in Misano Blue! I've owned the car for a bit over 1 year and has nearly 10,000 miles. Great car! It's my first Italian car and I come from a long line of German car ownership (Mercedes and BMW). Hope I can own a Giulia Quadrifoglio one day. :)

Much respect for the gloves. Maybe Italian cars are not perfect, they have their cons, but there is something called "Alfa Romeo Feel" and I think nothing can go close to this. They are made for the driving emotions.

Very nice review. I live in the States and own the Giulia Veloce (called "Ti Sport" here) and it is a sublime machine. So well balanced between sportiness and comfort. The chassis is absolutely sensational as is the Ferrari-like direct and quick steering ratio. It is a car that grows on you each day you drive it. I also agree that if it had a bit more aggressive exhaust system it would be perfect.

Ferrari is a car from ENZO, who had a struggeling childhood but made people struggle ( because he didn´t learn from his GROWTH. ASKR Ferruccio Lamborghini who wanted to work for FERRari( enzo ). Who made THE most Adorable Cars EVER ???? GANDHINI, FERRUCCIO and all the others at LAMBORGHINI ( before the Germans took away the scharm, in MY eyes ) I only had to tell, because I ❤️ history and GOOD peoples....... ! 🤣🇮🇹🌟 TK🇳🇴

The Giulia is one heck of performance car for the money, it’s unique, powerful, has very fast steering and has a unique sound (especially if you get the 2.9liter twin turbo V6 engine)😜, who who else agrees?, also nice review Anna 😊

I absolutely agree @AMG_CivicKindaguy 101. The steering feel and overall driving pleasure is the best I've ever had. I agree with Anna that I'd have liked the exhaust to be just a little bit more vocal though!

It does have a good character/sound. Just a little bit louder. But that's nitpicking.

Really nice review Anna. I love the Giulia and am seriously considering buying the Quadrifolio version. Ferrari's engineering shines through and I am blown away by the level of athleticism in a saloon car. The steering as you said, is surgically precise, with such instantaneous turn-in. Keep up the great work!

Alfa is doing good since 2000, I had a 156, then a 166, then a Mito Quadrifoglio and now a Giulieta Quadrifoglio, NEVER a problem, some wishbones and bushes that's all.

Love that front grill .Your roads are wonderful ,took a road trip out of High School in a VW Golf convertible. Great times touring Europe...

Beautiful country, beautiful car, Anne is even more beautiful

I own the Giulia Veloce in the same wonderful Misano Blue color, with red brake calipers. Best choise to exalt the amazing style of the Giulia IMHO.

Love this Alfa, great looks, cool interior, and good performance. Cool wheels and colour on this one too. You complain at the lack of exhaust sound but at least they didn't do what VAG, BMW and others do which is pipe fake noise through the speakers! I really hate that, so fake and naff! I think it sound ok considering it is only a 2.0 4 cylinder. Only the lack of a manual option in the UK puts me off, they should at least give you the choice even if the auto is very good, somehow doesn't quite fit the spirit of Alfa Romeo. A RWD 280hp with 6 speed manual would be the perfect car for me!

I agree. Fantastic car. I really only wish they had decided making a "sports wagon". Stelvio is one of the cooler SUVs but doesn't get me interested. Ps. Don't forget you can take the 280hp Giulia to Celtic tuning and they turn it in to 320+hp monster with just software... Very tempting.

Ah fantastic, I love, love, love this car. And it looks brilliant in that colour! But I have to ask about the ride quality, was that just a very 'un-Swiss' piece of road? Or is the suspension really that firm? There was a lot of jiggling around going on in there! (I mean the camera's and such, before any jokers pipe up 😉)
