Salah is not bad penalty taker at all. I know he missed the first two penalties for this season and some in the past but his scoring % of the penalties is very good.

You can’t really argue with the logic of the signing and the mentality of the player. Has been outstanding as a midfielder in the prem for Brighton, but the fact he’s a World Cup winner, and not only that but a starter in the Argentine first 11 shows he’s the calibre of player liverpool can develop to a major star in a major team. Brighton was a wonderful club for him but it is hard to disagree that even though Liverpool haven’t had the best 12 months, it is a massive massive club. I hope he continues his rise there. Great footballer and seems like a lovely person too.

Indeed! Jurgen should get rid of Gomez, and seek elsewhere for another young, fresh central figure for proper squad rotation when needed. After ALL, within the next 2 to 3 seasons, Big Van’s age will insidiously start to take its toll, and we’ll need a renewed partner alongside Konate; preferably one in and around his age group. YNWA!
