Alexei Navalny death: Political activist Bill Browder remembers his friend

Police in Russia arrested citizens on Saturday for attending more memorials honouring Alexei Navalny, who is now confirmed to have died in an Arctic prison.
But beyond Russia, protests and tributes keep pouring in for the anti-corruption activist and staunch opponent of Vladimir Putin.
Bill Browder, a political activist and friend of Navalny joins Neetu Garcha from Munich, Germany.

Besides, Gonzalo Lira was imprisoned during a war for promoting the aggressor in a country that was getting bombed. Even democratic countries like the US during WW2 would jail such people.

Putin continues to prove he is an impotent little man. A coward secretly plots the demise of his adversaries, but it is the height of impotence and weakness, when you order the murder of someone much stronger than you and pretend that you didn’t. I am heartened to read comments from people from different parts of Canada and the US (and others) that condemn Putin and his many atrocities - it means that democracy can win and survive. I am disheartened to know of the small factions of supporters who willingly condone the actions and words of autocrats, dictators and those in the Media, that spread fascist ideologies through obvious propaganda. Stand with Ukraine - Stand for democracy!
