In this sport the goalies should work on their coolness and stay on their knees longer and not fall on their ass so easily and expose the entire top half of the goal with only your arms to cover it. I've been a floorball keeper myself and became very good at penalties for those reasons. I moved as late as possible, tried to learn the subtle differences (indicators) in how the players move the blade to better anticipate the release so a lot of meticulous studying of clips and from the bench when I didn't start. And tell a fake shot from an actual shot in the initial movement (that split second before either a move or a shot) and if I could, force a backhand shot. You can't save them all of course but you can become harder to fool by keeping your guard up longer. Like a hockey goalie it's really easy to drop your stance within the first 2 major moves with the puck, it's like a reflex, but the best goalies hold their ground and wait out the player and make the final move when the player pretty much have to take the shot. I have asbergers so I tend to really get into the nitty gritty when I set my mind to it. Like so focused I start sweating. I'm a bit of a perfectionist with a fierce competitiveness :P
