I'm quite sure that this is Wembley Arena. I was actually there. If you've just found this look at what emerges from under the drum kit at the start of 'If You Were Here Tonight. It was an odd tour as he'd not got a new album to promote. His Christmas record was released the year before. Great gig though. Even shook his hand when he was dancing with the audience. Great days. Yes. He is well received and loved in London. It was his home for about 14 years. He said during his "Unsung" documentary that he can't get a break here in the states where he recorded his music. Yet, he gets so much love and appreciation abroad. Many singers have given that same testimony.

This guy is a real sound war machine, ...with a fair sense of humor

Alex is still the man,let me tell you we all have issues and we all are God's children's

This man Alexander oneal had one tremendous voice we was blessed with his music a gift from god he truly was ❤

My Sunshine.... WOW! AO is one of the greatest out there pure soul and sexiness with that voice and showman ship with his signature suits and slicked back hair...nobody can touch him then and even today. This is a great concert. People he’s not the first entertainer to have demons won’t b the last support his music and the man and pray for his healing that only God can do. God bless him.

He still sounds the same. I will always love his voice. He has a voice nobody can duplicate. God gave him a true gift. This was my song when I carried my daughter 36 yrs ago. Broken Hearts Can Mend. With new love. We’ve been friends for 40 yrs, a couple for 36.

He has survived through the old Minneapolis era and is still doing concerts, today!

I have had seen alex sing many times n concert. This is his best concert ever. Rocky on bass guitar ( rest n peace ) one of the baddest bass player outta mpls. Not 2 mention a excellent drummer also. He played drums 4 jesse johnson

My favourite Soul/RnB singer of all time. Saw Alex several times at his peak, sadly the last time about 12-13 years ago in my local bar, singing to three recorded backing tracks. Thankfully, a couple of years ago he started doing the 'big' venues again. He deserves to finish at the top and not the pub circuit for a few quid a night. His debut album is as good as any debut album from any other artist you care to name. Nothing FAKE about the legend that is Alex O`Neal.

It's crazy ... Alex was my favorite R&B singers of the 80's, and it's always amazed me how much bigger a star he was in the UK compared to the US. This is a *great* show! He just wasn't headlining shows in these kinds of venues in the U.S. I saw *all* the big R&B acts multiple times in New York and Philly, and I never got to see Alex perform live.

I saw Luther at Wembley and it was better than this, and I saw Alex too. Several times. Luther or Alex? Why not have both?

I was at the concert..I remember when he made his entrance the music had already got us in a dance frenzy and he came in with wearing a long coat and hat and I can remember all I wanted to do was touch him..but I would of have to of thrown myself off from the back balcony lol.
