That’s the beauty of a clean, classic style. She nibbles on trends instead of jumping all in. Her main closet seems to consist of really simple versatile pieces. That way her outfits look on trend in the moment but never too dated.

Not sure whether the outfits were pre-approved by Alexa and she had time to refresh her memory or she seriously remembers who designed every piece she has ever worn, but I'd like to believe that it's the latter. Mario Dodovski i know all my designers pieces and brands i buy too. Just shows you she styles herself so she knows what she buys or get and she also rewears a lot of her things. I find that really cool and refreshing 😀

Late 00s/early 10s Alexa showed me there was a different way of looking cool than what the other fashionistas of the time were doing. She influenced my sense of style a ton as I tried to not feel like an "impostor adult" and be my real self. Now I'm in my 30s, my tastes different, but I still look at her current outfits for inspiration for my own wardrobe. Alexa is a national treasure of the fashion world!

colored sky yeah never said she was influential at all lol she basically took the whole french chic thing from francoise hardy. But what I’m saying is that she def has great style anyway regardless of her obvious influences and many girls still try to look like her despite knowing the source inspiration

I just love hearing her talk, it’s both hilarious and so cool

Glad she referenced Kate Moss’ Glasto looks, because Alexa, to me, has always been about the only person other than Kate the Great whose festival fashion is good. They are two lone examples of cool among a throng of people who fall short, looking like they’re trying desperately hard to be cool-unsuccessfully.

The silvery coat is beautiful, I'd wear that, it's a bit sci fi, but not tin foil like. If you don't want it, I'll have it lol. The only outfit I didn't like was the cycling shorts and the ripped tights, but the TopShop outfit was nice, leopard print is fab, the musical necklace was fab, and the black sun dress. I think all these looks are wearable now.
