ALEX WILD dugout life: the SECRET ROOM is hidden behind the carpet. My FOREST BUNKER PART 23

#dugout #shelter #bushcraft
FINANCIAL SUPPORT www.donationalerts.com/r/alex...
Hello!
Finally, I got to bringing beauty and gloss to the appearance of my dugout in the forest. The dugout is two-room and cozy, and warm, but something was missing in it. Wooden shutters with your own hands! That's what she was missing. I had to sweat with a chainsaw: the chain was blunted very quickly, there was not enough gasoline, and in general it became problematic to cut straight. The saw leads in one direction. With a sin in half, I sawed the boards on the door. Yes, now there is a secret room hiding behind the door in my dugout or a secret room, in principle it does not matter.
Forest life and a house underground, it would seem, incompatible things, but it's not) We managed to find a middle ground in this matter and now the comfort is felt with the naked eye. Thanks to the carpet for that. Now you won't immediately understand that the whole room behind the carpet is hidden in my forest shelter.
A delicious dinner brightened up the evening. How to cook macaroni and cheese and not burst from gluttony is a whole story. There is also a beef steak, the recipe for which is banal has made its contribution. And in general, I do not recommend overeating at night looking at how I do it.
Enjoy watching!

Hi! I decided to create a second channel "Sounds of Nature by ALEX", on which I will upload videos with sounds of nature. I love nature very much, and I like all natural sounds: birds singing, water murmuring, rain noise, wind noise. These sounds calm me down. If you have trouble sleeping or you just want to enjoy the sounds of nature, then visit my new channel. Today we will listen to the sounds of a hand stream. Looking ahead, I will say that it is here that I would like to build a small hunting hut. A magnificent quiet place where the water murmurs and you can retire with nature. Enjoy watching! kzread.info/dash/bejne/q6irvJSrkbXSZKw.html

popped over to see what you meant by Hand stream ... we call it a trickling stream or a babbling brook ... as for relaxation I filmed several hours of a nice campfire one night and I play that when my Post traumatic stress injury goes overboard .. I cant say I have seen the whole video in one sitting as of yet and it's several years old ... lol ... you might consider the same thing with one of your night time cooking fire pits ... between the flicker and the snap and crackle of the wood ... everything just pops into place and poof dream land

Be mindful that bigger gets easier to find. Like if you need a second fire it adds a new smoke trail. Balance in all things. Also plan on how you dispose of "spoils" like earth dug up being dumped far away and not leaving a trail between spoil dump and cabin.

@Andy Eco Active you are so lucky to live in a country where you can just do stuff like this. Here in Germany they take everything down, can even happen on your property

  • @philkonestos2837

@Andy Eco Active sure. Germany is a golden cage. Sure it's golden, but because of the suffocating amount of (partly) pointless rules, it's still a cage. I mean, we can paint a sign and go on the street to yell our anger out, without having to take severe risks. But the only impact that freedom has, is a broken voice the next day, cause nothing will change. So yeah I kind of get where your going with your statement, but in fact we all are just pawns in the big boys game, no matter where we live. But Idk, I'd gladly swap the freedom to hold a sign, for the freedom to live as one with nature in some deep forrest.

Hello Alex; I miss this first hut of yours very much! How often did I dream of experiencing a break there to repair my soul again. It's such a shame that this hut no longer exists... 😪

The sort of shelter you might be at when WW3 starts, you walk back to civilization, say nope and walk back to the dugout.

If a pine goes down here . The only this its good for is mulch. An l get the heart pine out. It rots so quick. Oh by the way the rug an door is a cool idea. Helps first room stay warmer.

Alex I LOVE your "man cave home" lol. I live in a city in canada but long for this kind of life. Question if you dont mind me being nosy.Do you own the land the house is on,or is it public land?In Canada we can camp on public land just not build on it. Is it close to your house or far away? I see snowshoes so think you dont have to drive... Thank you for making such relaxing stress free videos!

That is the coziest little cabin I've ever seen. I can totally see why you love spending time there. Sitting by the oven and just chilling and drinking tea = bliss. But I wonder if Alex knows how to relax and just chill.
