Alex Phillips CLASHES With Youth Demand’s Ella Ward Over Israel Protests
Talk's Alex Phillips clashes with Youth Demand’s Ella Ward over the group’s plans to protest across UK universities for a “two-way arms embargo” on Israel.
Student pro-Palestinian protests will spread across the UK, according to organisers, who do not expect to see any repeat of the violence witnessed at US campuses.
Commons Leader Penny Mordaunt, speaking in Parliament, warned that protesters should be met with “an extremely strict response” if they tried to replicate what she called the “disgusting” scenes happening in the US, where 1,000 students have been arrested.
Asked about antisemitism on British campuses, she said UK universities were aware of their responsibilities to all students, “in particular, those communities that are feeling particularly under attack”.
Alex: “It isn’t what you’re saying at all is it? It's a far cry from it!”

Two there is no evidence of this girl not being allowed to study in gaza from hamas so thats baseless and just propaganda you theorized. And three is that the Palestinian health authority (ran by Hamas) has always provided statistics on deaths and it has consistently been accurate with UN numbers and israels numbers (from previously conflicts). So it has a history of being correct. You are really just showing your bias of "hamas bad = stats wrong"

It is obvious that you don't understand the definition of "[intent of] genocide" and you've probably nevere readed the law(s) regarding it. Anyway even if it wasn't a genocide, as you are supposing, it remains a massacre of innocents (as several other massacres). They indeed did not call it a Genocide, and didn't even call it a 'plausibale Genocide' ... as so many "experts" (and sadly also biased experts) like to say. Lately, the former president of the ICJ clarified this in an interview. Nevertheless, it is wrong to say that they rejected the claim, because the fact if the matter is that they didn't rule on whether the claim of a Genocide is plausible or not. On the other hand, one can argue that if they would have thought it plausible, they would have issued provisions to stop the fighting immediately and not just provisions that are a rehashing of what the convention already states.

Unfortunately they have since continued to do actions that fall under the convention. Which is why individuals still consider it a genocide because they are ignoring or pushing the boundaries heavily of what was instructed

when I was a kid I had a woolly jumper with a large collar a bally claver, short back and sides haircut grey shorts, socks and shoes or plastic sandals and a snake belt, walked to school and back mince onion potato for tea on a good day, walked everywhere, belted if I did wrong school or home might of had a treat Saturday morning at the cinema, this is how kids should be brought up, discipline gains respect, and when I was bit older I did have a bike with no brakes and different size wheels I built myself and rode it everywhere, now I 'am an oap I think of those days and wouldn't of swapped it for the world the 60s was class

Stephen Clark died of cancer after the DWP forced him to leave hospital for an interview despite being seriously ill, Errol Graham died because he couldn't kerp his insulin cold enough after they stopped his benefits. I see this every single day. Dont be so dismissive or ignorant. People have starved, killed themselves or were part of the 140,000 dying because of cuts. We may have advanced technology, but when you have zero income that means nothing. You have absolutely no place to decide who is struggling in abject poverty or not.
