I love how much Helen likes giving fighters chicken feet

Alex seems like a really thoughtful person during interviews, like he´s trying to process information in order to understand what´s being said in English. I was surprised when he asked Helen, and someone behind the cam in English, if they like chicken feet. Well, that´s a start and I hope he learns the language in no time!

I think Alex (and all Brazilians)is a lot better in English than we see. But as a non native speaker myself, no matter how good you are you will struggle a bit speaking in public so he doesn’t want to mess up. I mean he’s at work technically - he doesn’t need to struggle with speaking.

I love how Glover translate what poatan says, he express what poatan is trying to say better then him. And the facial expressions are the best, like a proud dad, enjoying all the time.

haha these two are a great duo, Glover is like the cool uncle at the cookout that makes everyone laugh all the time and Alex is the big scary cousin that you rarely see but ends up bein super chill every time you hang out, good dudes!

Alex is just scary inside the octagon but likeable outside of it. A real champion.

I didn’t want to Like Pereira as Izzy was my favourite fighter- But this guy just forces you to like him. Pereira has definitely grown on me. What a likeable Champ👏✅

Alex "Chicken Feet" Pereira. New mythical beast

probably the best leg kicker in the game, the way he's so squared up, it makes the kick so much quicker because he doesn't have to turn much to throw it and there's no telegraph and he has a crazy leg reach, usually for most other people the kick wouldn't have much power the way he throws it but since he has natural power it still has its power while also being much faster than other fighter's kicks, he feints it as well but as far as I've seen its so quick he doesn't even need to set it up unlike how Izzy sets up his leg kicks off of Feints and Jabs.

Thanks Helen, Its the first ive really gotten to see Alex up close. He seems very down to earth. Glover is always a class act no b.s.

pretty much if he gets to Izzy’s takedown defense level (which is very possible) he would knock Rob TF out cold, and land 1-2 more bombs as the ref darts in to save his life.. Robs 1,2 headkick over and over again, would be so predictable for a guy like Alex.

Im an izzy fan through and through (Auckland boy here got to support our locals) But man i have gained a massive amount of respect for alex and of everyone in the ufc its alex that im proud has the belt and i cant wait to see his journey through ufc greatness. I hope izzy does get a win again alex but in my mind both are legends and i love to watch them grow as people and fighters!!! Big love and respect champ!
