But, instead, he's the opposite. Moves forward constantly and methodically, very sound defensively, very energy efficient, not a lot of risk.

That's the point: Helen knows what questions to ask and Sean knows what to say in reply. They've been doing this for years.

You interview Sean so well it's actually insane how well you roll with everything he says like a real pro. He's just messing around and you don't take offense, you're a legit G, Helen. Great sense of humor

Agreed. In my opinion, she gets the best out of Strickland. Their interviews have always been entertaining. I'll admit that the first video I watched left me annoyed with Strickland. But, it didn't take long to see that the two of them were riffing to the same tune.
