This is the most I saw Alex struggle not to laugh so far. I love Fern, she's so honest and tries really hard to get things right and I think Alex understands that and empathises and it's part of a really nice dynamic.

I don't see why that's a bad thing to yell into the void. Many people have bad parents, and the publishers trying to portray otherwise is just wrong.

@@Mike_Dubayou yes, most people don't get checked, but when boys behave or develop atypically they're far more likely to be recommended for an assessment and to be taken seriously. misogyny has always been an issue in health care and this is an especially well-known issue in the autistic community. i think probably do your research before trying to argue

It's oddly satisfying that Alex wanted a dream about him about him but it was Greg.

Her answer on the "Which side of the bed...?" question will remain with me for the rest of my life.

Didn't know about Fern until this series. After this interview, I should probably look her up. What a character.

I had to rewatch that, it's such wonderful childlike glee.

She's SO funny! And her accent is astonishing. She can almost turn her single syllable name (in my accent) into a three syllable word.

I know Alex is only 8 years older than her, but somehow this is giving me father daughter vibes

Fern's laugh in the snort raspberry whistle task is the most genuine and pure thing that's ever been broadcast on British TV.

I hadn't heard of any of the contestants other than Dara O'Brien prior to the season since I'm in the US, but it has been an absolute delight to watch Fern Brady throughout this season thus far. She seems really sweet and charming.

I'm only now just catching up with the last series and oh what a great one it was! Dreaming about Greg and his kitchen cabinets and asking if that is how posh people dream, its just so relatable haha. We thoroughly enjoyed series 14, all 5 contestants (And Greg and Alex) were fantastic. Love you all!

Fern is simply one of the most wonderful 'celebrities' I have ever watched. Beautiful on the inside and out. I'd watch her read the phone book
