Pure and simple, Pacquiao is a natural 135 or 140 fighter..... When he stepped up to 147 he found it difficult to hurt most of his 147 opponents... Hatton was shot and over trained by Floyd Snr, Cotto was drained, Margarito was the so flat footed and Cotto covered up for most of the fight....

Marquez is bigger? Barrera is bigger? Bradley is bigger? Rios was bigger? Please. Pacquiao never had the power that HBO claimed he had. Pacquiao was very aggressive and tenacious, but he never even had his basics down. That's why he fought come-forward styles that put no emphasis on slipping or movement. Once Pacquiao fought guys who could actually box at the top level, he began looking shitty. So he started the "Pacman Weight Manipulation Club" and began winning on the scales before the fights ever happened. And he only did as much only once a fighter got beaten by someone else so that they were: 1 - vulnerable with shattered confidence and 2 - desperate to get a big payday that was no longer in their grasp because they had just lost and fallen out of contention. Pacquiao and Roach knew exactly what they were doing. Just like from 2011-2015 Pacquiao avoided EVERY SINGLE WELTERWEIGHT IN THE 147 DIVISION IN FAVOR OF IMPORTING SMALLER MEN FROM LIGHTWEIGHT UP TO WW TO PRETEND TO BE WW FIGHTERS. Well your facts are skewed. The guy had 38 knockouts in 58 fights, shows he had power. Starting in '09 he fought ranked opponents in Cotto (who is now a middleweight), Clottey (who has gone up to light middleweight), Mosley and Margarito. The only thing dictating his fights(with the exception of his last fight) was money, not some secret conspiracy.

***** Pacquiao had KO's against men who were less than world class fighters. Just like Golovkin, fighting opponents that aren't worth shit means NOTHING. Certain fighters get the benefit of the doubt, but that in no way changes the fact that their resumes are completely crap. Golovkin STILL has not fought a world champion. Pacquiao did fight unknown champions when he was in Asia, but there was very little talent in those divisions in the years he was coming Which is yet another reason why its so telling that Pacquiao got knocked out by men who were C & D-level fighters back then. No one can argue that Pacuqiao's first 40 opponents were not unknown, unexceptional men unworthy of mention. Its called PADDING. Its what lots of non-American fighters do. they hide out in obscure corners of the world and fight a bunch of cab drivers and soup kitchen chefs to amass a resume of VOLUME, NOT QUALITY. It wasn't until Mayweather dominated Mosley and then Mosley got a draw against Mora that Pacquiao found the balls to step in with Mosley. There's a video of Roach saying this himself. Margarito was banned at the time Pacquiao fought him. Margarito, who had been wearing fist casts to win his fights, got caught and then knocked out for his troubles .. and then banned. Arum paid Texas officials to lift the ban in their state to allow Pacquiao to compete against a man who looked weak and gaunt due to a rehydration clause. The fact is, neither Pacquiao or Margarito were in a position to compete for a 154lb title. Yet Arum set up that vacant title match to make Pacquiao seem more accomplished than he really was. Have you ever asked yourself why Pacquiao NEVER fought a man above 140lbs that was ranked better than 5th up until 2015 when he faced Mayweather? I bet you haven't. You're right. There is no secret conspiracy concerning Pacquiao's fights. Its common knowledge that HBO and the BWAA put all their weight behind Pacquiao and tried to MAKE him into the star that he could never become on his own. Proof of that is the FACT that after fighting Mosley, Pacquiao went on a streak where he avoided every single welterweight fight in the world from 2011-2015. During that streak, Pacquiao lost to Bradley and then got put to sleep by Marquez. Because of those circumstances .. and the fact that Pacquiao was only competing as a welterweight but was not fighting ANY welterweights to maintain or raise his rank, Pacquiao officially fell out of the top 20 rankings of every single weight division in boxing in 2013. After that point( _and here's the kicker that shows just how illegitimate Pacquiao's endeavors were above 140lbs_ ) Manny Pacquiao and Bob Arum paid the WBO to have Pacquiao *"INSTALLED"* back into the top 5 at 147lbs DESPITE Pacquiao never fighting a welterweight boxer until 2015 against Mayweather. *KNOW YOUR BOXING.* Here's a question for you: What does "INSTALLED" actually mean in the context that the WBO used the term? Until you can answer that, you're not really equipped to have this discussion.

Pacquiao had been KO'd since the very beginning. He's been outboxed. He failed to stop Rios and Algeri (in which neither was never in the fight, even the contracts were signed). Tho Pacquiao did look good against Bradley, but he lost all momentum with me facing Vargas (a decent C+/B- fighter whom was dominated by Bradley). Pacquiao made him kneel many times like he was gonna propose to him and this was the old Pacquiao that did it....fast forward to now he beat AB, Thurman and he is soon to be fighting Spence at his age.
