No large bodies, but fun fact: We've got 100,000 lakes. which combined have more surface area than any of the great lakes except Superior. You can sail in circles in a new lake every day for the rest of your life and not even come close to boating all of them, but you're more than likely to have naval pirating supremacy on a bunch by way of being the only boat there.

The whole idea of a pirate in land locked Saskatchewan is part of the ironic humour of the song. The Jolly Roger in Regina is the pub there.
@samuelmellars7855

Ah, you see there *used* to be mighty shores in Saskatchewan. However, the Arrogant Worms, led by Captain Tractor, pulled off on of the most impressive bits of piracy I've even heard of, and stole the whole damn shoreline! Some people say that they took the shoreline overseas and buried it in Norway, which is why their coast is all wiggly like that. More shore than land you see, so it folded up in on itself and made the fjords. Personally, I think they probably went and hid the Saskatchewan shoreline on an island, planning on randsoming it back or selling it off to the highest bidder, but then found that it was so much weight the island sank, and it's lost forever.

Loved the original Arrogant worms and Captain Tractor cover version too. Us Saskatchewanians love it. This one was great to hear as well. Nice shots of Vancouver. Not many mountains in Saskatchewan or shores in Regina, but I guess you could sail down the South Saskatchewan river and go right through the middle of Saskatoon at least. The south and north Saskatchewan river system is important around here. Such a funny song and great choice for a cover.

When you say Delaware to me, I think "speed tickets". I used to work in South Carolina while my then-just-girlfriend was still at MIT. The drive took me through Delaware - just a short stretch, but a truly shitty one. Speed traps, cameras, enforcement of stupidly low limits... I think they even outlawed radar detectors and allow unmarked police cruisers to pull you over. Note that my drive took me through other states (Virginia, for starters) that enforce speed limits more harshly than what I am used to (California, South Carolina, Arizona, etc.) But 28 years later, I still remember Delaware as one of the worst. Having a red Supra with California plates did not help.
