Very Very true. I myself was a sufferer for many months. Nowadays I never use any nasal spray. Better put some strong balm near the nostrils like amrutanjan or mentho plus strong for partial relief.

I believe due to my low immune usually my nose blocked major of time, today i commited that will use some water soluble salt or spray to open my nose blockage externally. Use sandha namak half teaspoon and one fourth part of baking soda for nasal cleaning... after 1 hour of doing it use anu tail if situation is normal or shadbindhu oil if problem is serious both are very effective believe me.. Nasal spray se better results hai inka I have used them for a long period of time but that were not that much effective..

Medicine I will suggest Itrifal ustukhuddus for regular use along with milk...For long time u can go with it even for lifetime u can take there's no side effects.. Most effective medicine I have found is Laxmivilas ras , Sanjeevani vati along with milk u can take... doctors prescription is required don't go for self use these drugs are harmful..

Herbal treatment or even allopathic treatment isn't effective if nasal bone posture isn't correct or have polyps...Go for surgery that's the solution.. If there's allergies it's for lifetime there's no permanent solution but symptoms can be reduced through medicines, precautions and diet intake..

Use Flomist nasal spray. I was in same condition 7 years ago. I got addiction of many nasal drops But my ent Dr. Suggested me Flomist spray. I used it for a week and miracle happened. It solved my problem permanent. And no addiction.

There's no side effects u can continue use it for lifetime... Cheap alternative of it Anu tail for very mild situation and shadbindhu oil for serious concerns regarding sinusitis! Cephagraine is more useful in headache side..like migraine pain or inflammation of sinusitis ... Charak Cephagraine Tablet along with oil u can take..

It's known as sinusitis problem... Only permanent solution of this is nose surgery... Temporary solution is that you use eucalyptus oil and rub on baby's nose and stop using strong smell things like deo., agarbatti, etc.
