Great running by the Ethioiopians, once again. Alemayu wil lbe a name to remember. Poor running by the Europeans though. They say, yeah but the conditions..bla bla bla. You can simulate hard conditions in a small room with a treadmill anywhere in the northern hemisphere; it should be an integral part of every training regimen.
