Mexican Corn Dip - 3 cans of Mexican Style Corn (drained) 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles) 3/4 cup Mayo 1 cup Sour Cream 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar and/or Mozzarella) 1 tsp each of Cumin, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt 1/2 bunch Green Onion (about 7-8 green onions sliced) 1/2 bunch of Cilantro, chopped Mix everything together and chill for at least an hour before serving.
