ALCHEMY PLUMBING Full Custom Plumbing Work Van Build Tour [FULL DETAIL]

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

We made this video as an effort to help other Tradesmen & Tradeswomen with the task of building out their work vehicles. We are very proud with the design, function and appearance of what we created.
After reviewing yes there are a few verbal fails, like the ladder being 13,000 when in reality i meant to say 1,300. I hope this helps, because I wish I had access to a video like this before building our first plumbing truck.

that is assuming we made our vans look sharp to attract only customers... One of the hardest things about running a plumbing company is the recruitment of good plumbers. Making a work truck not only functional, but cool, tooled up and something they are proud to represent ads another dynamic when recruiting. At the supply house our trucks standout amongst the crowd, and true craftsman usually show interest which opens a conversation.

shows that the plumber cares more about the look of his rig compared to just a bare bones stock white van. someone who appreciates the details

@@havox112 Correct, we take pride in the attention to detail, we provide an experience of satisfaction from the second we drive up, the plumbing, appearance of my crew, attention to all the details, and finally with automated follow up from our software systems. If some of these guys only knew how many phones I get from customers and plumbers who simply called because we have the sharpest looking rigs in the trade. The revenue from those customers and the revenue generation from the plumbers recruited because of this attention to detail pays for the rims 50 times over in one month.

Incredible build and design! Would be curious to know if you have any issues with self tappers backing out due to the vehicle vibrations? Also I would love to know a little more about that battery operated light bar. Great thinking outside the box and it's refreshing to see something different in a van build. Keep up the great work!

Super impressive build-out! However, many ProMaster vans are vulnerable to a thief simply breaking the front window and opening the cab door, then pressing "unlock" to access the cargo doors. I know it sounds unlikely, but I've seen hundreds that function that way. Additionally, a thief can break the rear factory lock and gain access in about 60 seconds. Here is how to test your van: 1. Roll down the front window and close all the doors. 2. Lock the van with the key fob and wait one minute for the lock system to go dormant. 3. Reach inside the window to simulate a broken window and pull the door handle then press unlock. Now check your rear doors. Either way, you should consider additional security locks like deadbolts from Thunderbolt Locks. Happy to hook you up...safe travels!
