Cris Gabriel Maquiso absolutely! Some other stans also coming for us for coming at NME Mag Review, saying “its just a review” their journalist is a swiftie, she gave Smile 20/100 and I can tell by her review that she has something personal against K. They keep on comparing this album to her previous work. We are tired of that narrative since 2017.

The real title ‘Steven nerding out to Katy Perry for 44 minutes and 16 seconds’. Teary Eyed is such a dance anthem, I love it. Cry About it Later is an 80s Vibe. After listening to the album I understand why Never Really Over was the opening track of the album, it sets the tone so well. I also love the songs Not the End of the World and Only Love. Katy Perry has had this huge enormous success before....I mean Teenage Dream alone broke so many records that’s it’s insane to even put them all together. She was really the America’s sweetheart at one point. PRISM was another huuuuge record. Her popularity kinda declined after Witness but it’s still a good introspective and experimental record for her career. Also One of the Boys, her first album has the iconic debut single I Kissed a Girl that blasted her into mainstream success and the album is mainly pop/rock. All in all, you should start with PRISM if you’re looking to dive into her discography and then Teenage Dream after that. Then Witness and One of the Boys. But also, don’t forget that she is a very visual artist with a flawless videography and ultra-successful videos, so you must get into her videography if you want to know her better. Good luck dude! ❤️

Prism is a great album to react to, specially its second half, and its very bright and atmospheric. Teenage dream is pop perfection, and you have probably heard some of its songs already because it was a pretty big deal 10 years ago. Witness has a more experimental/electronic vibe and One of the boys goes for a more pop-rock, kinda punk sound. I would love to see you react to any of those! Great reaction btw

That KZreadr’s is how you do an album review. Loved your energy dude and couldn’t agree more with everything you said. This album is pop perfection. It’s empowering, effective, and relatable. The world of pop music needed this now more than ever and Katy served it. My top 3 (as hard as it is) Champagne Problems, Teary Eyes, Never Really Over.

Music industry is choosing trendy over quality (I know Katy have been there. But 2010 is where music is alive.) 29:20 : YES, I give someone (who not Katy's fans) listen to Not The End Of The World, he said. This is so good, he got goosebumps and literally appreciate the songs because Katy evolve her music While shitty website writing negative comments that saying Katy pivots to boring. And hearing someone that doesn't know her talking such nice, professional things (also all those producer things) about her work... Idk, makes me cry. I'm also your fan now!
