Shadows, was the first sabaton song I heard. RIGHT after the film, Fellowship of the a Ring came out, I listened to a interview with the director, Peter Jackson, he mentioned that the coolest thing that spun out of the movie was a Swedish metal band made a song about LOTR, I was intrigued enough to find you, I bought Primo Victoria as soon as it was available. So, know you were referred to by the Director of Lord of the Rings, Peter Jackson. That's cool.

I have The Hammer has Fallen on repeat now. 😁 Joakim's voice is so raw, you can feel the despair, and that makes the song even more emotional and beautiful. When he yells (to the other) SIDE at the end, it's like he took the jump. Great song, it's gonna haunt me for a while 🙂 Can't wait to see what you guys have to say about it!

Yeah. This song was always one of my favorites off this album.

This and fists for fight are criminally underrated. Some amazing songs came from this album such as hammer has fallen, 7734, masters of the world. Would love to hear more of these song come back into the tour rotation, especially hammer has fallen

Väntar med spänning på Carolus Rex skivan och senare för jag gillar texterna och musiken är mer melodiös på dom. Kul med Tobbe i bandet igen men det är ju väldigt tråkigt att Tommy slutar. 🤟🎸

I've been listening to sabaton for about 8 months now and This was my first time hearing metalizer. very cool

I like that you can hear all the things in the album that would become what we all know today, some of the rifts, the way the vocals are delivered. It's great!

Man, it's so cool that sabaton also did some cool music about other topics than war, battles and heroes. I wish that was some bonus tracks with off-topic music on regular albuns, or even singles, idk. Also, I can't wait to see the watch party of the Heroes album. I would love to see them talking more about smoking snakes and what an underrated song. And, of course, as a brazillian, COME TO BRAZIL FOR GOD SAKE, I WANT TO SCREAM "COBRAS FUMANTES ETERNA É SUA VITÓRIA". Wish I could've seen you guys at São Paulo in 2019.

I have to say Joakim's singing has improved a lot since then. It wasn't necessarily bad, but let's say there was room for improvement (same for the music btw).

You guys have to play at least one of these if you do a 25th Anniversary tour!

Loved Hannes in this one lol, you guys are so cool, and Metalizer is actually a banger. You guys did a great job for your first albumn. The part about you guys and the Thundergods music video had me crying. Counting down the days till I see you guys and Priest

I was finally able to watch it. Nice to know that Pär was always Pär xD I seriously love these videos 🤩Cannot wait for April now ;)

Premieres at 11 a.m. here, and I won't be able to watch until after 5 p.m. Which is fine, although I will have to decide if I watch the video first and use it to get all pumped up to work out, or if I work out first and use the video as my "reward." The *important* thing is to notice that my "problem" is deciding which of two really good things to do first (workout today is video instruction, so can't do both at the same time). Attitude of gratitude! (And thanks to Sabaton for making music that pairs so perfectly with exercising! Listening to them is like eating candy that subtracts calories instead of adding them.) ;)

Even though it’s before sabaton found their niche this will forever remain as an important historical album for them filled with absolute bangers. Once again thanks for the music sabaton 😀😍🤘

II regret that I always ignored this album growing up, not sure why. I guess I thought it wasn't interesting. It took me 15 years to realize that it's actually pretty fucking good haha! I also find it amazing that Shadows was inspired by LOTR!

I don't know how true it is that Thundergods is about the A-10 Warthog, but the song to me makes more sense as a song about the terran Unification Wars and the Thunder Warriors more than anything

My lowkey favourite is actually from the extras/demos that you didn't get to here. Birds of War. Really reminds me of 40k, with the organ and the dark fantasy themes and how rough yet epic it is.

I wonder why Joakim hates "Speeder" so much? Was it a situation like Metallica had with "Escape" Where the record company wanted another song on the album or...? Personally, Speeder is one of my favorites from this album. Sure, the lyrics are a little cheesy, but the instrumentals are great.
