About us:
We're Jack and Jo, and that hairy, scruffy little guy is Frank our adventure dog. Since 2020 we've been living and working from our tiny home on wheels, as we seek an alternative way of living. We sold our flat in London to live an alternative lifestyle. Quitting city life for Van Life, and we haven't looked back.
Our Story:
In September 2020, we sold our flat in London in search of an alternative way of life. We bought a van. Had it converted into an adventure van/come office. Picked up a furry co-pilot - our border terrier adventure dog Frank, and set-out on the road.
We haven't looked back since.

I would suggest going back in the summer by the coast. Not a lot of people see that side but it is absolutely gorgeous. Particularly the southern part of the country, has secluded pebble beaches, islands, and a few pristine sandy beaches. Also, as an Albanian living in the Uk I’m so jealous of all the places you got to see ✨😍

Yes! We went to the coast last week (you can check it out in our other video - kzread.info/dash/bejne/pmphtdKJgLmcZpM.html!) It was so beautiful - some of the beaches were out of this world, and we wish we had longer there! (And we got summer-ish weather too 😍!) We'll no doubt be back here sooner rather than later, your country is beautiful! ♥️

We went at the weekend and it was fairly busy, but we were still able to get a decent spot! Would love to see what the place is like early in the morning for sunrise!

Thank you - we're a little bit jealous you guys might be visiting here when it's warmer, there's a few things we weren't able to see (like Theth) due to the snow! We'll have to come back!

Is English widely spoken in Albania? Interesting that you could get vegan food, so assume that communication was successful! As vegans we are always a bit cautious about trying to eat out, so are interested to know how easy you find it in Albania and other countries you travel through. Love your videos, very inspiring. Albania is a must travel to country now for us!

Hey Liz! We use the app Happy Cow to find places, although to be honest it's been a lot harder in Albania to find restaurants, as the diet is heavily based on grilled meat! This restaurant was so good as the guy who worked there was fluent in English and understood what vegan was (we ran through it all again to double check). Infact, his restaurant was on Happy Cow, we didn't plan on eating there until he literally ran up the road to invite us in 😂 It's definitely a newer concept here - but we've found all the vegan basics in some of the bigger super markets (including tofu and plant milks - which we thankfully found today after running out 😂!) Thanks for watching and let us know if you have any other questions ♥️
