i have been listening to this all day

I'm not proud to say but with the help of a very strong psychedelic, and listening to this video with earphones. I had an enlightening experience. After 5 years of extreme fisical pain and sickness, almost dying, and enormous emotional times with 3 failed suicide attempts I am for the first time in life relaxed and seeing life positively and able to live in the present ❤ Thank you Alan for your enormous contributions. ❤ and Thanks to this channel for sharing ❤
