@@highwayranger4878 im finding the best way to take yourself lightly is to look at where you’re taking yourself too heavily/seriously. then once u see how heavy and ridiculous the effort is, you can let go of it :•)

We are portions of the Void encapsulated in separate bodies of flesh. The bodies are many, the Void is One. One appearing as Many. The Void is Undivided and Continuous. It's the "Empty" Space. We have forgotten we are the Void ( Empty Space )but think we are our bodies and derived personalities.

Thank you so much for the upload. I needed to hear this tonight. I love Alan Watts lectures but a lot of them have audio disturbances. How you set the music in the background helped me focus on Watt’s words rather that weird audio feedback

So glad it helped, a lot of thought went into how to structure the speech, and exactly what music should go beneath and when :)

I dont think there is a center, there is only a vast space in which you can see the non movement.
