If we take inner products of two same vector, = 1 Right?? Or not in orthogonal vector

No it's only true for normal vectors. For others, let u=i+j be a vector in R2 Then =(i+j). (i+j) =1+1=2. This is a simple counter example.

Orthonormal vectors processes two properties 1 orthogonality 2 normality If the vectors are already orthogonal we can directly normalize them. But if they are not, we must make them by using Gram Schmidt Process.
