Al Qaeda affiliate Jama'a Nusrat ul-Islam wa al-Muslimin (JNIM) group has claimed responsibility for an attack on June 11 that killed over 100 Burkina Faso soldiers in Mansila area near the border with Niger, the SITE Intelligence Group said on Sunday. Heh. Like in Niger things got worse after the coup, not better. Some of the locals are turning to al Qaida as the lesser evil compared to Islamic State, the Russians and the government.
Alqaeda is everywhere even france is not safe from it.
