Tears flow from my eyes when Our beloved Nabi Salluhu Alayhi Wasalaam was reciting this surah conquering Mecca tul Mukharaam with his head low and his hands in the air

No war for 10 years. If any person abscond from makkah then madina has to return him, but quraish will not return if any person return to makkah from madina. No ambushing will be done on quraish tribe on journey. Umarah will be done only after later year. If any other tribe wish to alliance any of both party then they are free to join and other tribe will be under his protection (which later became the reason of treaty temination)
