The most hardworking, talented and handsome actor.. simply the best. He is such a consistent actor. Best in action, romance, comedy he is so good in all genres. Totally deserving for what he's achieved in his career.

It's funny everyone knows me as a Hrithik fan but I've seen more Akshay films than any other actor 😂😂😂 to be fair the guy keeps pumping out movies non stop 😂😂😂

Akshay's genre was mostly action films and comedy. All of his 90's films and some even adter that fall under these two genres. One can't understand that from this video really.

The thing with old Bollywood movies is that pretty much every song was romantic somehow or another even if the movie wasn't a romance. So, just by them, you won't be able to tell what type of roles an actor was playing.

That girl in the 90's that you talked about is Karishma Kapoor(Kareena Kapoor's older sister), one of the most famous actress of 90's

Jaby, at 11:10 when you asked if the other person in the film was Salman Khan (11:07), you were right! That film is called Mujhse Shaadi Karoge ("Will You Marry Me") and stars Akshay, Salman & Priyanka Chopra. It's a fun humorous film and I'd recommend watching it if you can! Also, you said at 8:48 that you saw the actress earlier in the video and that's correct! That actress's name is Karishma Kapoor and she was a popular actress who acted alongside Akshay in numerous films during that period. Fun fact: Karishma Kapoor is also the older sister of Kareena Kapoor. From my understanding, I think she stopped acting in movies a number of years ago (not sure why) but she was a mainstream actress in the 90's and early 2000's. Just wanted to answer these questions cuz I didn't see them addressed in the comments from what I read :) I find it interesting how you guys (as well as anyone who watches Akshay's latest movies) think of him as an actor who does more serious/matured films. As a 90s kid, I watched Akshay's movies more towards the early 2000's, and from the movies he did back then I always found him a to be really good comedic actor cuz he did funny films so darn well! XD Like for example, "Hera Pheri" and its sequel "Phir Hera Pheri" are classic comedy gems that you guys should definitely watch! XD Or really anything that has Akshay Kumar and directed by Priyadarshan will be comedy gold! But nevertheless, I enjoy the more serious performances he gives these days as well :) Anyways, those are my thoughts on this haha.. It was fun watching this reaction btw! Something to note is that most of these movies after the 2000s had romantic songs eventhough the movie had different types of plots and stories.

A lot of his movies failed early on. He once had 11 movies flop back to back. The reason he was given movies was because of his professionalism. Even though the clips were filled with dance sequences, all had martial arts aspect to them. He could act, romance and do crazy stunts on his own. So he just kept on working and earning without giving much thought to scripts.

Half of his movies were action packed in the 90's and early 2000's it's just that they have only shown the songs of those movies and nothing else!
