''AKPLE Ne Nkruma Nkwan' (Akple With Okro Soup) is a common dish to the tribe; EWEs in Ghana yet this recipe has various ways of cooking in almost every Ghanaian home. This sumptuous meal called in Ewe as 'AKPLE & FETRI DETSI' is eaten widely beyond borders of the Volta Region of Ghana. Our approach in preparing this food is purely with organic produce and a few organic local spices.
