The dog needs a harness not that collar. They should have gotten another type of dog.

I don’t mean to sound rude but I think South Korea needs basic learning on big breeds it’s seems Korean citizen are lacking in power status (alpha) they seem more comfortable with small breeds .

they do have training for the big dogs... It's just that you can't really control your population,there is still some of the ignorant people who doesn't know these kind of things, not to mention the illegal breeding and such..

A-ARMY A-ARMY ah they can ? what I’m saying is they feel more comfortable (less Scarier ) with small dogs so it’s easier for them to take on the alpha lead .
