In case you don’t know, Chanhyuk wrote all the songs they sing, and he promised Soohyun that she wouldn’t have to sing ‘dinasour’ live when he wrote it with very high notes. That’s why she punched him right after she finished the killing high-notes part.

AKMU는 2012년 케이팝스타 시즌2 라는 공개오디션에서 우승한 남매 듀오이다. 오빠 이찬혁의 작사 작곡 능력과 동생 이수현의 음색과 보컬 능력이 매우 뛰어나다. 이 두 사람이 남매로서 한팀으로 활동하니 너무 좋은 시너지를 낼 수 있었다. 그래서 이 당시 오디션에서는 상상할 수 없었던 자작곡으로 대부분의 경연을 이겨낸다. 그리고 이것으로 인해 센세이셔널한 반응과 대중의 관심을 이끌어낼 수 있었다. 이후 2014년에 ‘악동뮤지션’이라는 이름으로 정식 데뷔한다. 이 당시에는 잘 볼 수 없었던 자작곡으로만 채워진 정규 1집 ‘PLAY’ 앨범을 발표한다. 모든 음원차트를 올킬함과 동시에 수록곡을 포함한 전곡을 1위부터 줄세우기를 한다. 이 당시 또 한번 한국 가요계에 엄청난 영향력을 미친다. 그들은 이 이후에도 본인들의 자작곡으로만 채워진 신곡들을 발표한다. 더불어 좋은 성적들을 보여준다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한가지 장르에만 국한되지 않고 다양한 음악 스펙트럼을 가져가면서 ‘AKMU가 하나의 장르다’ 라는 대중의 평가가 줄을 잇게 된다. 그래서 현재까지 한국 가요계에서 유일무이한 존재이자 특별한 위치를 가지게 되었다. *2019년 3집 정규 앨범부터 공식활동명이 AKDONG MUSICIAN(악동뮤지션)에서 AKMU(악뮤)로 변경되었다 AKMU is a sibling duo who won the public audition show K-pop Star Season 2 in 2012. The brother, Lee Chan-hyuk’s songwriting ability and the sister, Lee Su-hyun’s voice color and vocal ability are outstanding. The two were able to create great synergy as a team as siblings. Therefore, they won most of the competition with their own songs that were unimaginable at the time of the audition. This led to sensational reactions and public interest. They officially debuted in 2014 under the name ‘Akdong Musician’. At that time, they released their first full-length album ‘PLAY’, filled with their own songs that were rarely seen. 악뮤 좋아해서 봤는데 거만한 모습이 너무 보기 안좋습니다 킬링보이스에 백지영씨나 훨씨 선배들도 나와서 정말 열정적으로 부르다 갔는데 원래 라이브로 안하는 노래라느니 잠깐 한소절 부르고 한숨쉬는 부분도 그렇고 이럴꺼면 왜 출연하셨는지요 빅마마 마마무 에일리 백지영 킬링보이스 봤던 팬으로서 기대했는데 너무 거만한모습에 실망뿐입니다 노래실력과 인성과 노력하는 모습이 같이 할때에 빛난다고 생각이 됩니다 보는사람이 불편한무대는 가수가 아니겠지요 팬으로 노래들으러 들어와서 안타까워서 남깁니다. 연예인병 걸린거같습니다

제 생각에는 종교적인 집안에서 자라 어릴 땐 억압과 하고 싶을 걸 못하다 몽골에 가서 자유로운 생활에 음악의 싹을 띄었고, 이로 인해 음악들이 자유로움을 추구하다보니 노래하는 태도나 자세들이 껄렁하게 보일지도 모른다는 생각이 드네요. 인성과는 무관한 것 같고, 주위 시선보다 자신이 하고 싶은대로 살아가는 스타일 것 같아요. 살아가는 방식이 다를뿐 인성이 모나진 않은 것 같습니다
