Where in Japan would you buy a rental property and why? Apply for Akiya Income Generator: forms.gle/ZbanpivqL1kch8uV6
Very cool of Brian to do such a thing for his grandson. Kudos to you, Brian. Place looks nice. Thanks.
If possible would love to see an interview with a property management company that takes care of issues that might arise if your not in Japan. Great content as always, never miss an episode. Cheers🎉

Thank you for your kind words - looking forward to it!
Looked nicer with all the original tatami flooring, imho.
Amazing results! Love your work bro! I'm looking at buying an existing business and an akiya in Japan. Do you have any recommendations for people and/or services that could help me? 😊
Lovely renovation once again! The only thing that seems a bit odd to me is the choice of wall paint upstairs. I love Japanese wallpaper, but I don't quite understand how such flat, bold colors go with the Japanese style.
I just went to Japan. Love the videos you are doing, never thought prices would be this good. Can you show some condos? Are they priced the same as the houses? Thanks for the content.
I’ve been very hesitant, but all of that for under $100k!!! The temptation is VERY high.
I really feel that upstairs kitchen should have become a laundry room.
I would love to fly out and go house hunting with you in japan

Do you know if you buy a house in Japan can it be financed by an American Bank or does it have to be financed in Japan?
Shu, you pulled another great deal for Brian. Do you get involved in the renovations helping chose the renovations companies.

What is your opinion on Japan intervening in their currency? If you're a foreigner in the process of buying a home that may have a huge impact on your budget from start to finish.

when gov'ts buy their own currency, it's really just a quick fix. long term it doesn't fix anything. the underlying reason why the currency tanked is still there. >
rent it out
What is the point of buying a house in Japan if I can't move there?

You can move to Japan. Of course I’m not aware of your specific situation. So you may not be able to move here. What’s your situation?
Can you hold Japanese real estate in a trust to avoid inheritance tax?

No inheritance tax on the first 400k dollars approximate
i don't understand why you can't take on all your clients i would think you would be losing money that way
japanese houses can be very spacious...until you bring tansu's in. then it gets pretty semai inside. :/
