I definitely would buy a house there if the purchase price included everything as in the video.
How can someone communicate with you?
Yes, it is perfect.❤
What a dream come true
$37,000 for the house, renovation, registration, taxes, fees, etc. ...but did that include the price of the land?
Ok we’ve seen enough videos. Tell us about closing cost etc etc. and taxes
What unbelievable
I would definitely purchase this on for 32,000 American however I would have to reinforce it with certain stringent things such as earthquake resistance and seeing if the ground the foundation of it is is sturdy and stable.
I am a US citizen filipino origin can i own a house in japan? i wana invest a million dollars
How can i buy this?
How do you go about finding homes like this to purchase? I would gladly buy one right now.
Def ain’t wrong. There are some downsides but Japan is such a lovely place and I have always enjoyed spending time there.
Is this for real? This is a gem of a property....and so cheap. May I ask.....do you offer assistance to people (I'm Irish) who want to retire to Japan?
Only thing stopping me from moving to japan is I can’t smoke a j on my balcony looking at the mountains legally 😂😂😂
I don't do snow, but for that price, I'm in.

If my dyscalculia didn't prevent me from learning others languages...... .......and I wasn't just recently disabled with brain damage from a stroke? Then yeah. The countryside looks peaceful. But I can't learn Japanese and I can't work. Seems like Japan is a place that wouldn't work so well for me.
