I bough the same one a couple of weeks back. I used iton my bike. The mic was not great but you can buy the external mic for 10 dollars and it's fine. Although you can't have the external mic in when it's in the waterproof case. I am not using the akaso for underwater stuff so I drilled out a little hole on the side of the waterproof case so I can use it with the mic. Picture quality I find acceptable but not in any way high end. You get what you pay for. I just wanted a cheap camera that I wasn't too worried about breaking , loosing or getting stolen. The footage on my bike was just what I wanted , stabilisation was good and external mike was good , job done.

I found a video on Akaso KZread channel on how to use the different accessories. It's for their Akaso Action Camera EK7000 so a couple of the accessories are not exact matches to what came with the Brave 4 but they're close enough. The video walks you through all of the different mounting options. The last option is the bike helmet and they offer two options: 1.) mounting to the side of the helmet using the mount that tapes to the surface (what you suggested) and, 2.) mounting to the top of the helmet using two of the "bandages" straps. Anyone figured out how to use the clip2? I can't figure out how does it become a mount?

I found the information on Akaso KZread channel. Clip2 is used to attach the camera to your body. Attach the camera to Clip1 then attach Clip2 to the back of Clip1 by sliding it down until the bottom latches catch. Do you have a video on how to use all the different type mounting hardware pieces for whatever activity you're doing? For example, I've had mine for almost a year and I still cannot figure out how to mount the camera to my bike helmet.

Option 11 is diving mode.

you are supposed to open it from the bottom that way you have a nice stand to put it on, on the top.

So i cant just buy the camera and start recording, i have to buy a ssd card?

Haha, Im sorry, I just can't trust a guy who can't open the box, or figure out how to take the clip off the top of the box when it's the same clip as all the Akaso's and gopro's adapters 😂. Keep it up though bud, your opinions are just as appreciated and important as the rest of

This is my first camera like this. I just show you how things are in real time by not editing out the learning process.

Any one else have issues where it wont record more than a minute worked fine for a month now it wont record long videos. I deleted every video i had on the camera and its a 256gb sd card.
