I also wanna add something to the discussion: What's sad is that the overwhelming cases of police brutality and violence in our communities has caused some black people to have post traumatic stress disorder as well. It's not something that only happens to war veterans. That's what's crazy! But other than that, great interview! Props to you, Amarudontv!

I recently had EMDR which is one of the most effective forms of treatment for PTSD and mine was for childhood trauma. The guy/therapist I saw who was an ex war journalist who made it very clear that PTSD can be caused by a vast range of awful experiences that cause our brain's capacity to process fear to fail. He believes EMDR is the most effective form of treatment. It is available on the NHS in some areas. Please pass on the message. Google it loads on line. H

He was talking about the depression in the fan base. Akala needs to realize what is about black men and which is just about young men. Every single thing he has said about "young black men" I have resonated with.

He's just highlighting the struggle and plight of young black men as they are always overlooked. It's amazing how we can have CENTURIES of white supremacy and 'white empowerment' but as soon as he addresses issues that he feels are aimed towards black people he's labelled as un inclusive. Do me a favour
