Ajeet Kaur for Moon Medicine
Ajeet Kaur is a Spirit Voyage recording artist, yogi, and teacher. Growing up in a musical and spiritual home, Kundalini Yoga has always been central in her life. Ajeet's love of music as a form of healing and connection awoke at a young age, leading her to study traditional Indian and Irish music.
We initiated Moon Medicine as a live experiential gathering for women ready to harness our inner power, reclaim our wild feminine nature and meet a host of inspiring women. Our intention was to create a space for women in Ireland to connect with each other and build community in the wake of of #MeToo and #Repeal. In 2020 we launched a global academy in the form of an online training programme for women which has expanded our Irish circle to include women from all over the world.
Our mission is to support women to remember, embody and reclaim our power. We are here to elevate women from all walks of life so that we can take better care of ourselves, each other and this place we call home.
In a world where women can feel increasingly disconnected from their inner selves and the world around them, Moon Medicine offers a path to reconnection. Each gathering weaves a range of potent teachings that blend science and spirit including meditation, movement, ritual, live music, performance, storytelling and nourishing self care practices.
