Great speech and cashless world is a very nice thought. Where ever we have a cash deal it is either to hide us from tax persons or family etc. Awesome job done in answering the question in a free spirited way.

Congratulations on heading WORLD BANK Sir! You now have a greater responsibility and huge opportunity to change the lives of countless citizens, across the globe, by Inclusive Growth that you had spearheaded at Mastercard. May God guide you on this path. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

"The cost of using cash...cost of moving cash." Yes, Paypal charges the sender and the receiver. Paypal also holds the receiver's cash for up to 21 days by rights that they declare. In my mind, they are "outlaws!" Moneygram charges exorbitant rates to move money, also charging the sender and receiver. The system of banking / moving money, penalizes the poor. Electronic banking works only for certain aspects of society. As usual, the masses suffer.

+Natural Bro TV This is 2016 isn't it? The guy sounds intelligent, speaks very good english and makes a lot of sense.. If a guy with a "funny" name can be a president, why can't a global company like Mastercard not have a global CEO? Just saying..

Maybe you need to find a diff recruiter. If you can speak as well as this guy does and be on top of your game, no one cares what you have on your head or what accent you speak with, as long as you speak well.
