AJ Styles Blood Flow Restriction | Ep.50 Arms Workout

Спорт

WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... For the 50th Episode of Celtic Warrior Workouts I wanted to bring in someone special, someone that you KZreadrs have been requesting over and over in the comments (i read 'em all ya know?). Thankfully, AJ Styles showed some real style and stepped-up to the plate. Well, they don't call him The Phenomenal One for nothing...
But don't count your chickens Sheamus, AJ wasn't gonna let me off with a standard workout. Hell no. Instead he blew my mind and biceps with a B STRONG Bold Flow Restriction (BFR) Training system that well, restricts your blood flow. Kinda crazy. Kinda weird. But the kinda thing that happens you... Brave Change.
AJ Styles Blood Flow Restriction 'BFR' Workout:
Round One:
- Bicep Curls: 3 Sets of 30/15/15 Reps with 30s Rest
Round Two:
- Hammer Curls: 3 Sets of 30/15/15 Reps with 30s Rest
Round Three:
- Overhead Triceps: 3 Sets of 30/15/15 Reps with 30s Rest
Round Four:
- Kickback Triceps: 3 Sets of 30/15/15 Reps with 30s Rest

Watching Sheamus’ videos always make me happy not only because of the workouts and guests or when because of the comedy, it’s honestly because I’ve been watching WWE since I was 7 years old and I remember buying my first action figure at Walmart and it was Sheamus’. I get beautiful memories come back into my head. So to have a internet site where I can not only watch the Celtic Warrior but get to say hello, means everything. What a small world this is. Thank you for wrestling, Sheamus . You make the world a better place. I wish you the best ♥️

@@allanthemanmccann1 Genetics are the most important factor because some people are naturally lean and don't have to workout or watch what they eat. Then there are people that do everything by the book as far as counting macros and regularly lifting and supplementation that look average at best. We all naturally have abs, we don't need to make them.

What I really like about this video is seeing how professionals use dumbbells. They're very affordable and it's really not difficult to get into the habit of doing sets that you're comfortable with from within your bedroom. I'm a writer, and I don't always get the exercise I should and I tend to sit too long writing which effects my back. I have a stationary bicycle but they don't make them like they used to so it constantly has to be fixed, but it's really easy to do basic toe touch stretches and to walk around with a dumbbell or two, and the exercises from this video especially have been very good for me. Thank you, Sheamus, and thank you, AJ. I wish you two nothing but the best and I hope to see you win many more world championships (and succeed wherever it is you wish to succeed). God bless, and stay healthy.

I actually have to do a report about this type of training for one of my graduate classes. Too bad I cant interview AJ Styles or Sheamus to get their opinions for my paper. Still love you Sheamus! Hottie! ❤❤😍😍😘😘🍻🍻

BFR training doesn’t have any long term side effect studies obviously. I have a few concerns. 1) Does it damage the valves in your veins long term if you are frequently putting a tourniquet on your limbs? Onset of varicose veins at earlier age? 2) Blood clots? Would only take 1 wrap that is too tight and you could do serious lifelong damage to your brain or lungs. 3) Whats the effect of releasing the tourniquet on your heart? It’s like a dam wall of lactic acid and metabolites building up over 15 minutes several times in a workout being released to hit your heart in 1 big bolus. Read some research that it’s good for rehab. Also some research that it builds muscle mass but not so much strength. Sounds like a new fad for shortcutting your way to gains with increased health risks. Not for me.
