As someone who suffers from PTSD, anxiety and depression I have so much respect for AJ Mendez - Brooks for opening up about being Bi Polar and depressed and trying to deal with this. She's not only extremely gorgeous (still) but also brave and smart. Thank you AJ for sharing your struggles

She & Punk make a wonderful couple, and their love & support for one another is a beautiful thing to see. I love that she openly talks about being bipolar. When i was in 4th grade i was diagnosed with Autism Aspergers. But back then it was called P.D.D. When i was growing up i always felt different and felt a little off. I got tested when i was 27 and was told that have Autism. I struggled through this so much . Watching this seeing how A.J. has dealt with this. At 36 i had gotten my life together and i feel that having autism is more than a blessing than a struggle. I'm proud to say i am my own puzzle piece.

iMiguelAOG definitely get the medication! that’s what A.J. has been preaching and bringing awareness to with all of these interviews and her book release. if there’s one thing to admire about A.J. it’s how strong she is mentally (and physically ofc) to not let her disorder bring her down but yet she stays positive and isn’t ashamed to seek help/medication because at the end of the day you’re just prolonging the illness and making it that much harder to cure. 🖤

All this time I thought the "crazy girl" thing was just a gimmick. It's always the ones you least expect that have mental and/or emotional illnesses.

I always thought she was so beautiful and one of the most talented wrestlers in her day. Coupling that with her songbird voice, chill demeanor, and immense intelligence and my heart melts into a bigger puddle. Everyone's been saying, and I agree, CM Punk is a lucky man indeed.

I grew up in a family of alcoholics. On my mom’s did she had all brother who drank and if I remember correctly one of my dad sisters smoke and all she kept doing was cuss. I grew up very sheltered and isolated. The worst part is my mom even drank too and she claims at the time of her drinking beer was the only thing that made her happy and that pissed me off or USO’s tmw very much. It actually took her to have open heart surgery to say “Ok I need to stop drinking now!” I suffer from depression and anxiety becuz of my parents. We didn’t grow up rich we were poor too. So to hear AJ lee’s story is very eye opening and inspirational. All the shit she had been thru she still wanted to be a wrestler. That’s take a bravery.

Steaven Stone Punk is another can of worms but I really don’t blame A.J. for not wanting to come back. every time she wrestled the fans would chant “CM Punk!” loud asf and it honestly made my blood boil. It was so disrespectful and tbh ruined her matches for me. Must’ve been awkward and uncomfortable for her, too. + she said she accomplished everything she wanted to do with the company and so now she wants to turn to something probably less demanding and something she sees as her second love: writing. 🖤

Punk stated in one of the Extras clip in his documentary Best in the World, CM stands for Chick Magnet. She probably forgot about that or haven't watched the whole thing :D

I love listening to you Sam but I cannot and will not watch *ANY* wrestling interview with Jim Norton. No thanks. He drags down any interview I have ever watched as far as wrestling goes because he knows nothing and obviously refuses to do some reading up on any guests.
