No he's not. He's not the type of player the Bucks need right now, and probably won't see any NBA minutes until a couple years from now. This is a filler pick. The player that Jon Horst wants is a 2nd rounder and didn't want to over reach for him. The real action, as in the players that can actually help us, starts in the 2nd rd. Bucks might trade Brook Lopez or Pat C, and there are going to be plenty of prospects who go undrafted. Now if Horst drafts another project player, we can say goodbye to our season. This team is done.

@@theetruth8626 No we don't need a player like him. This kid was struggling to get minutes in Australia, not to mention he's a one and done player. One and done players usually end up a bust. The kid is raw as hell, all he has going for him is so called "upside". He's not NBA ready, once Rivers and management find that out, he's going straight to the g-league. He's a project player who is 3-4 years away from making an impact. This guy was not even a top 40 prospect in most draft boards. So why was he drafted? It's a filler pick.

As a Bucks fan, even though im skeptical about this pick, I have this side on me that maybe he’ll at least be decent. It's a filler pick. My guess is Horst didn't want to overreach for the players he actually wants. Most teams in the 1st rd drafted upside players, and it's been like that the last 14 years. Now if Horst drafts another project player, we can say goodbye to our season.
