Well I guess that is points jiu jitsu. Looked like AJ just didn't want to commit to trying for a submission. Suppose Telles is too hard to open enough and too tricky if you do but he allows positions and points victories to his opponent.

Ed McGuigan A.J. was the aggressor throughout the match, I wouldn't have stormed the gates of that fortress recklessly either.

@@JudoMateo Telles was more aggressive than you think. A lot of his setups are unconventional & difficult to see. That kimura would have subbed lesser opponents.
