Good airplane spotting video!
I love Gatwick airport is so.awsome
@sutton513 haha...that's very true. On the second day of filming I could almost distinguish the spool-up sounds of the bigger jets such as the 777 or A330...however the smaller ones all sound the same from a hotel room :)
Wow, this is fantastic! So this is the view you have from your hotel room uh? I would give anything to be able to have such a view of a major airport. What is the name of the hotel? Do you have any videos of nighttime landings and takeoffs? Now that would definitely peak my interest even more. Great job on all your videos. Keep up the good work!
Hah it's like the aeroplane lottery...you don't know what's coming until it's at the window! =)
@rich88adams Well it depends if you want to go integrated or modular. There are many schools that you can choose from depending on that...and obviously the amount of money you want to spend. If you have unlimited funds then try out Oxford Aviation Academy, CTC, FTE etc...if not then maybe a modular route would be better. It's difficult to offer something specific...there are too many variables :) likewise if you want to do it in the UK or somewhere else.
@BirthdaySuicide It's not that incredibly hard to be honest. You need to pass a Class 2 medical exam, then have the money and will power to go through training. It's not as hard as becoming a commercial pilot which requires a pass in 14 ATPL subjects, a lot of money and effort to go through the CPL/ME/IR training. If you want to fly for fun then a PPL is the way to go. Good luck!
@aviafilmsproduction would you recommend going through a pilot training college like CTCwings?
Where do you go to view the planes?

what view of gatwick is that like where abouts?
