I have most of the T4E co2 markers. Great for pepper. Personally I would start with the pepper, then reach for my AEA HP SS 25 PLUS💥💥💥

Love the t4e line up. The hdr 68 my favorite, definitely getting the hds soon. With so many different types of ammo you can't go wrong, they got something for any intruder. And the mods, oh boy. These guns can crank out large enough amounts of energy to deter any two foot menace. When it comes to less lethal umarex is the premier pioneer in firearms. Thanks Umarex!!!

there are videos out there to mod the HDR 68 and HDR 50 to make them shoot harder but that's if you only want to shoot rubber balls as the pepper and chalk balls will break easier

really like this idea for a lot of reasons.....

You can use this for cooking and after you finish grab your AEA HPSS...

Byrna has been making self-defense air pistols for years. I will say that the compact is a interesting design.

SIR, i owned one of the tre .50 and put the 20joules valve in it. i was shooting 185gr hollowpoint lead in .50cal and had a accidental discharge into my left palm. yup that will absolutly make a bad guy not want to continue if you double tap them in the chest with it. i was looking for a hole in my hand for 3 hours but no hole just a 3/4 inch dent in my hand. and my hand did not work correctly for 2 days, so if one shot did that and i did not want any more fight and i gave the thing to an uber driver cause i did not want it anymore it hurt. so a double tap to a bad guy will work with the 20 joules valve. thanks for reading. @@americanairgunner well yeah, the rule is do not let a tweaker do your modding cause you might just get a accidental discharge. i got the tre.50 back and it would cycle but not fire so i was wiggleing the barrel(you know how it moves right well while doing that the thing decides to go off without a pull of the trigger. worked fine afterwards but i had to re-learn that lesson never to put your hand over the end of the barrel. i believe the torpedo launcher that looks alot like the tre 50 was made to compete with umarex and solve the issues i experienced since it is built with slightly better parts. truely i would not use either for defending myself. if someone has chosen to invade your home, or assault you away from home then they need a actual lethal lesson. so i am aquireing an hpss plus in .30 cal with extended magazines at 50fpe. lethal but if not hit in a vital organ the threat will have a few minutes to get medical attention. cause all i will have is a jr size tampon to plug the hole with.(if they are not resisting still.) smiles i live 17 mi west of dallas tx. being blind i cannot hunt quite yet, still working on a parabolic audio mic to put on my scope rail . that if invented correctly and adjustable will let me hear a deer or hog at near a hundred yards. need jb weld steel stick and a couplemetal plates one for each mount to make it adjustable. taking my time. smiles been getting texas super combo license the last 3 years but cannot seem to hit anything just now. except that one time. sweet corn trail up to me and blueberry jam smeared into a hand rag and wrapped around the end of the barrel. fell asleep waiting and woke to my big bore wiggleing and heard the huff of a deer. waited, wiggle(pull trig) and i stepped out and located the deer with the barrel , found the head and made sure. took about 20 seconds. field stripped it right there with 2 trash bags, a pack of baby wipes and a WRD form in a ziplock bag rolled up and put into the carcass mouth. tag the meat in the second bag and call my ride. my ride had to fill out the tag for me. but i think that was pure luck personnally. when i get the parabolic completed that should no longer be an issue. most of our airgun shots are at less than a hundred yards anyway. you take care and have a ball out there. i will be actually hunting again this next season... You gotta be kidding me. Some dirtbag busts in this house ,the Benjamin bulldog. 357 has the Huma reg set at 2650 psi with a mag full of H and N Grizzlies. Nighty Night! Less than lethal is the .25 cal AEA Varmint,JSB Heavy in the belly or lung. They'll probably make it through.

HMMM even the hp ss plus at 50fpe will deffinitly do the job and without the stock it is under 20 inches long and can use extended magazines. hmmm THE LAST WORD

I bought an hatsan blitz for home defense. It'll Run 21 .22 15 grain pellets at 1090 fps in one second at almost 40 ft/lbs. It's never jammed or failed me. Is it lethal? I'll let you decide.

I made a video about Full Automatic, Full Blowback Pietro Beretta .177 for self defense years ago, the reason is I once shot a guy stealing my snowblower in the middle of the night with a single shot from a Benjamin Sheridan-worked like a charm to send him running, never to return.

Just get a Umarex HDR 50. Available in the UK and looks cool AF. Edit: the gun in the video is available for the UK just not the pepper balls.

Seriously who would choose a pepper ball gun over a semi auto AEA bin tac s45 shooting 200-300 fpe of energy in a lead slug. Why when talking about home defense do these stupid pepper ball guns and hdr rubber ball guns keep getting advertised? Id choose my Seneca eagle claw or even my Gamo swarm Magnum before a pepper ball gun and let me tell you guaranteed even a 30 fpe .22 lead pellet out of my swarm Magnum will be ten times more effective than a pepper or rubber ball

Man hell no! This won't work either 😂 make a powerful one that pops a .22 or larger. Not trying to make em dance here ..they're not breaking in to play slow jams. I rather use a Benjamin armada 🤣

Just get a Byrna!! You don’t need to love tap the bottom, it takes a magazine, and is used by law enforcement for non-lethal. The way it punctures the cylinder is by pulling the trigger.

This is very dangerous (to my opinion), promoting a little paper spray gadget as a self defence solution... it may give to some people a false sense of security instead of getting them to alert mode in dangerous areas. In order to sucuccessfully use a projectile shooting device you need to practice a lot... and these 6 shoots available are not enough in providing a good punishment to an attacker... dog deterent?? maybe but still who will be able to pull and shoot successfully a running towards to you dog? NOPE... by the way... in some countries these are illegal.. and I wouldn't like to think what could a policeman think of somebody holding something that resembles a gun.. or a flare gun because is orange painted.... Nope again.

Single shot air guns are not for self defense. Semi Auto big caliber airguns? I would not hesitate.

i strongly recommend nobody try to use this in a real defense situation, a knife attacker wont stop because of the capsium powder. this is a non lethal animal deterrent and even that i wouldn't trust it with my life for.
