I am an Aircraft Electrical systems technician. When I was in the air force, I mated and de-mated many Generators and CSD's. The Generator was oil cooled instead of air cooled. When mated to the CSD, they were called IDG's.

It was an informative and I understand now the things my instructor talking about CSD and IDG.. Thanks Adam..
