A huge thank you goes out to the professional crew (especially Bob Cox & Andrea Winning) at Airbus Helicopters! I was lucky enough to take part in the H215 U.S. Demo Tour 2016, along with my great friend, Philip Rushmore ( / lovejt8d )

This is awesome Ryan, I've been watching more and more of your videos lately. I've recently been watching a ton of locomotive videos, and now I'm watching a lot of plane and helicopter videos. Your videos are seriously some of the highest quality videos out there. Thanks for being a fan of mine, and I'm becoming more of a fan of yours everyday.

Wow, that is beyond cool of you to say! Thanks so much for checking out the channel, that means a ton to me. I've got a video going up tomorrow of one of the rarest and oddest looking planes ever built, IMO. I think you'll dig it. Thanks again, man!
It's a nice video; I've seen the Lufthansa cockpit videos of fixed-wing aircraft, but had yet to see how the helicopter starts up. Flying one seems a whole different world from fixed-wing... Beautiful footage of the mountains. I lived in Tucson back in the sixties, and would love to fly in a helicopter over the Catalinas and Rincons...

Correction: formerly known as the Aerospatiale AS332 Super Puma

Originally Aérospatiale...then Eurocopter, now Airbus. "The Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma (now Airbus Helicopters H215) is a four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-size utility helicopter developed and marketed originally by Aérospatiale, later by Eurocopter and currently by Airbus Helicopters." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurocopter_AS332_Super_Puma
Did Airbus fixed the rear transmission ?
What is cruise speed please?

+Elizabeth Roggenbuck it looked like L.A ,maybe Van Nuys or something. It looked brown and barren, I would not want to live there. All over 'developed' with all that highway and people living on a postage stamp sized section where the houses are all alike. Helo business must be thriving - for the police! Thanks for the upload, it made me happy to be where i am in Sth Is, NZ

+Elizabeth Roggenbuck, +sam phi is correct. We departed Van Nuys Airport (KVNY) in California. We headed out to the Simi Valley area and back.
