    Once I install the eSIM but want to disable when im in the hotel or at a location with wifi how would I do so? Thanks in advance!

    You don't need to disable it. By default your iPhone takes WiFi when it's available. Only when the WiFi is spotty it'll use your data (in this case eSIM)

    Why does my actual provider stopped working after I installed the travel eSIM? Urgh so frustrating.. One day before departure and my phone does not work unless in WiFi

    I got the global esim. Can I download it days before my trip and just turn it on the day I get there? If I download it now, am I going to use my data in my home country?

We recommend for you to install the eSIM a day before your travel as you need a stable internet connection to install the eSIM on your device successfully. Your eSIM will activate as soon as it connects to a supported network so if your country is covered, please keep it OFF until you reach your first destination.     Do I need to remove my normal SIMM card (physical card) when I activate the esimm - can I still receive messages that are sent to my normal SIMM card (physical) whilst I’m using your esimm .? Thanks

    Hi @Gazzapa57, thanks for your comment. You must manually turn your primary SIM OFF to activate your eSIM. You can use your Primary SIM to receive calls or messages, but this might incur roaming charges from your provider.     Did all the steps, while still in my home country. The plan says “not activated” yet. When dors the poan actually activate?

Most Airalo eSIM packages activate (you have access to data) when the eSIM installed on your device connects to an allowed network at the destination. This means that you must be located in your data package's country to be able to connect to a network. Therefore, if you're still at home, please don't try to activate your eSIM because you won't be able to connect to the local network.     Hi i mistakenly chose my primary line for the cellular data option when installing the esim. Now it shows my local network for data. I am still in my home country. How can i fix this

    First of all this is hard and there is no phone service. That sucks. How about making a video about what the phone should look like while abroad. I still have no idea if this Is card is working or not. NOT GOOD at all

    It’s not that hard. Do it on airport WiFi or before you leave. Then you can turn on roaming on the new eSIM once aboard. It shouldn’t work anyways while at home
